Restaurant Punto e a Capo
Tradition in a relaxing atmosphere
Maremma's gastronomic culture has a culinary tradition with medieval origins such as the custom of soups, such as acquacotta, made mainly of onions, eggs or mushrooms and vegetables, or fish soup, all of which are eaten with fettunta, and "poor" dishes such as malfatti with ricotta and spinach, and desserts made with dried fruit, honey and eggs, foods that are always available, derive from the peasant tradition, while those richer in meat, such as wild boar and especially beef, were made for the tables of wealthy feudal lords.

Borgo Magliano Resort it is not a delight only for the eyes
150 seats and two external panoramic terraces
A visit to the Borgo Magliano Resort is not just a treat for the eyes. To realise this, just cross Piazza Maremma, pass the swimming pool area and take a seat in what is to all intents and purposes the realm of the "Punto a capo" restaurant staff.
The restaurant has an indoor dining room seating 150 and two outdoor panoramic terraces. The cuisine, both land and seafood, offers the delights and flavours of the Tuscan tradition with particular attention to the specialities of our Maremma and the seasonality of the products. As well as the dishes, Punto a Capo pays great attention to the wine list, offering a wide selection of Maremma products.

An ideal location for banquets and receptions

The spacious rooms, furnished with taste and care, and the unique panorama make the restaurant an ideal location for banquets and receptions: weddings first and foremost, but also ceremonies and other occasions where guests can enjoy the relaxing and suggestive atmosphere of this place.
The capacity of the rooms and the presence of a conference room inside the resort also allow the Punto a Capo restaurant to meet the needs of organising conferences and corporate events.
